Responsibilities

- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete daily timecards accurately for prompt payment
- Participate in physical labor including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and extended standing
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, dust)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Physical stamina for 8+ hour shifts
