Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under direct supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized and hazard-free job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, and commercial buildings
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic math skills for material measurements
