Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform digging, trenching, and debris removal tasks
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Complete daily safety checklists and equipment inspections
- Support skilled tradesmen in various construction phases
Qualifications
