Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Assist carpenters, masons, and specialized trades as needed
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily timecards and equipment inspection reports
- Participate in project cleanup and site restoration activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid O-10 card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong communication skills in English
- Commitment to daily attendance and punctuality
