Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and system diagnostics
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Document work performed and maintain equipment logs
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and continuous learning
- Willingness to obtain Wisconsin electrical license within 2 years
- Preferably 6 months of construction/trades experience
