Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation on construction sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute tasks accurately
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards
- Operate hand tools and power machinery safely and efficiently
- Complete daily timecards and report progress to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction or manual labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
