- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hats, vests, gloves)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with foundational construction activities
- Maintain organized work areas and dispose of debris properly
- Adapt to daily assignments based on project needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Boston metro area
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Flexible schedule availability (early mornings and weekends common)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
