Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and general construction tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Perform cleanup duties and assist with equipment maintenance
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate task updates to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train from the ground up
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Valid driver's license with clean record preferred
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-provided)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
