Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, mixing, and basic installation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Read blueprints and verbal instructions to execute tasks accurately
- Report project progress and material needs to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic construction experience or willingness to learn on-site
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily pay arrangements
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team player with clear communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
