Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with supervisors and skilled trades on complex projects
- Read blueprints and interpret construction specifications
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in varying weather
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on scaffolding
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Experience with hand/power tools required
