Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and dispose of waste properly
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic construction knowledge or willingness to train
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability for early morning shifts (6 AM start)
