Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site prep
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload trucks and organize job site materials
- Demolish structures and clear debris per OSHA standards
- Erect scaffolding and temporary site barriers
- Perform daily safety inspections and maintain clean work zones
- Complete timecards accurately for same-day processing
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, levels)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Availability for 6+ hour shifts with weekend flexibility
- Previous construction experience preferred
