Responsibilities
- Assist in residential/commercial electrical installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adhere to OSHA and local electrical codes
- Master proper tool usage and safety procedures
- Document work progress and material usage
- Participate in weekly skills development sessions
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
