Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload equipment and construction materials
- Perform trenching, excavation support, and debris removal
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete daily timecards and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic understanding of construction safety fundamentals
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
