Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and cleanup activities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and execute construction tasks as directed
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report hazards and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (paid training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
