Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and demolition
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized work areas
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project compliance
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment to job sites
- Complete daily reports and maintain clean, hazard-free environments
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred)
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and extended hours
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with no prior felony convictions
- Ability to read simple measurements and follow verbal instructions
