Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and demolition work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints/safety protocols
- Complete daily timecards and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Flexible availability for early morning starts
