Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and tools using proper lifting techniques
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Operate basic machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) with training
- Complete daily timecards and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide onboarding training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic hand tool knowledge beneficial
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
