Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare and clean job sites daily to maintain safety standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, measurements, and installations
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking
Qualifications
