Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift
- Operate power tools and machinery under supervisor guidance
- Complete daily reports and time tracking accurately
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
