Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and directing traffic
- Load/unload heavy materials (concrete, steel, tools) using proper lifting techniques
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like pouring concrete, framing, and finishing
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Complete daily progress reports and time logs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred
- Commitment to safety and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
