Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment with proper techniques
- Perform basic concrete finishing, framing support, and debris removal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and usage logs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Omaha metro
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift assignments
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
