Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste removal
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Steel-toe boots and basic PPE required
