Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials (up to 50 lbs), and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read blueprints and communicate progress to site supervisors
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily timesheets for accurate daily pay processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments (all weather conditions)
- Must be punctual and dependable for daily shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early starts, occasional weekends)
- Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to take direction
