Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required protective equipment at all times
- Read basic blueprints and follow instructions from supervisors
- Maintain organized storage areas and inventory of construction materials
- Participate in team projects to meet daily construction targets
- Report hazards or maintenance needs promptly to site managers
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
