Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Read basic blueprints and execute construction plans accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Adapt to changing project demands and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid state ID or driver’s license for payroll verification
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Seattle metro area
- Willingness to complete paid OSHA safety training
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for daily assignments
- Basic understanding of construction terminology preferred
