Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform general construction tasks under supervision
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely
- Load/unload materials and transport debris
- Complete daily maintenance tasks on job sites
- Adapt to project-specific requirements and schedules
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
