Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site prep, and demolition tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical labor in all weather conditions
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Complete daily timesheets and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts with minimal breaks
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, tape measures, levels)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with concrete, rebar, or framing a plus
- Must provide own basic work boots and gloves
