Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving tasks with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely (e.g., jackhammers, saws, forklifts)
- Construct/install structures, foundations, and framing according to blueprints
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document daily progress and report equipment/material issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts when required
- Drug-free with clean background check
- Own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, safety gear)
