Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, loading/unloading materials, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and follow all OSHA guidelines
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities and cleanup operations
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the workday
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
- Complete daily timesheets accurately for timely payment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools required
- Experience with concrete, framing, or demolition preferred
