Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying tools/materials
- Operate basic equipment (hand tools, power tools) under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites throughout workday
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hat, steel-toed boots)
- Complete daily timecards and report progress to site supervisors
- Participate in team-based projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- No prior construction experience required—training provided
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality—must be ready to start daily at 6 AM
- Basic understanding of verbal English instructions
