Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unraw materials (concrete, lumber, steel)
- Prepare job sites (digging, trenching, debris removal)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons)
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Flexible schedule (6 AM - 4 PM shifts)
- Team player with strong communication
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
