Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and cleaning construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various project duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic construction drawings.
- Unload materials and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions diligently.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction terminology.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
