Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

- Clean and prepare job sites before, during, and after work hours.
- Work collaboratively with foremen and other crew members to complete projects on time.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material handling.
