Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris under supervision.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the site.
- Machinery Support: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools (jackhammers, saws) following all safety protocols.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing trash and organizing tools after shifts.
- Assistance: Provide general labor support to skilled tradespeople, including carrying supplies and securing work areas.
- Documentation: Complete daily timesheets and safety checklists accurately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training and mentorship for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing/walking on uneven terrain.
- Safety Compliance: Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety guidelines.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for weekend shift coverage.
