Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read blueprints and interpret construction instructions
- Operate light machinery (compactors, saws) with proper training
- Complete daily time sheets and project documentation
- Adapt to changing project priorities and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, levels)
