Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Utilize hand and power tools correctly and safely to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience required; full training provided for qualified candidates.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
- Must be willing to obtain necessary state licenses and certifications within the probationary period.
