Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various on-site tasks and operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
