Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, measurement, and installation tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure operational efficiency
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively in teams
- Flexible availability for early morning shifts and weekend work
