Responsibilities
- Excavate, load, and unload construction materials using hand tools and machinery
- Operate power tools including saws, drills, and pneumatic equipment safely
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix concrete, prepare surfaces, and assist with finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with layout, measurements, and installations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification required (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
