Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (pressure washers, drills, saws) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with power tools and construction machinery is a plus but not required.
