Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials to designated areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as carpentry, roofing, or concrete pouring.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and work orders when required.
- Unload trucks and organize inventory at the job site.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
