Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe material movement.
- Prepare and clean work areas, trenches, foundations, etc.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
