Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, excavating, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision to perform necessary tasks.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by following all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Assist Trades: Support electricians, carpenters, and masons by performing physical labor tasks such as carrying supplies or digging trenches.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on uneven terrain.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential; we offer weekly pay to reward your hard work.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Experience: Prior construction or manual labor experience is a plus but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
