Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and skid steers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and setting forms.
- Perform general cleanup duties, including removing debris and waste.
- Follow all safety protocols and project instructions precisely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
