Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, including clearing, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate hand and power tools, as well as light construction equipment.
- Follow Instructions: Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate construction.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with foremen and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
