Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform general labor duties including hauling, lifting, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following safety instructions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and varying terrains.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
