Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Mix concrete, clean work areas, and prepare materials for the crew.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety plans.
- Ensure all job sites adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Load and unload construction materials with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B preferred) and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
