Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and post holes for new construction projects.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and correctly.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in concrete placement and finishing tasks.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No specific construction experience required, but familiarity with tools is a plus.
