Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including clearing debris, digging, and grading.
- Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site safely.
- Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Load and unload trucks and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform basic carpentry, masonry, or concrete finishing tasks as directed.
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure projects are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
